Mayor Lisa Post was first elected to public office in 2018 as a Councillor and then elected Mayor of Orangeville in 2022. She has lived in Orangeville for 30 years and has volunteered and served on boards for various organizations in the community.
After 20 years as a retail manager, Mayor Post found her passion in community work and graduated in Spring 2023 from Humber College’s Bachelor of Community Development Degree program.
In her spare time, Mayor Post enjoys golfing, spending time at her family’s cottage in Caledon, and reading a good book. She also loves spending time with her husband of 25 years, Mike, their two children, Braedon and Charley, and one granddaughter, Aurora.
